Menu & Prices
In arranging a special function, your menu and beverage requirements need to be confirmed with the Catering Coordinator no later than two weeks before the actual date. All food and non-alcoholic and alcoholic prices are subject to 7.82% Missouri State Sales Tax and an 18% gratuity charge. Crabbys requires a minimum $9.50 per person food purchase and the food total must exceed $250.00 before all taxes and gratuities for any event. Also, the client may take any leftover food, but the client is responsible for all containers, foil, bags or plastic wrap needed for transport.
Guaranteed Attendance
The guaranteed number of guests represents the minimum number for which you will be charged. The guaranteed number of guests is required (7-5) business days before the event. If a guaranteed number is not given at this time, you will be billed for the estimate or actual attendance, whichever one is greater. Once the guaranteed number is given (seven days prior to the event), it may not be decreased.
Cancellation Policy
All functions are subject to the following cancellation policy. Mandatory 3 weeks prior to the event.
Damage Policy
The client accepts the financial responsibility of any damages or theft that may occur during the event, as well as charges for replacement or repair of any fixture or banquet equipment.
Outside Catering & Outside Server or Bartending Services
In-Home and Carryout catering services are available for a minimum of 20 guests. There will be a $1.50 per mile charge to and from all caterings outside of Joplin. Please contact the Catering Director for availability, menu selection, staffing and equipment requirements. If your event requires a wait staff or bartending service, there will be a $25.00 per hour (per server or bartender) service charge added to your bill.
